Israel is a certified Narrative Transformation coach, Dramalysis Walkway™ moderator, conflict resolution expert, former Global Dean of Learning for Mckinsey/Aberkyn. and a senior top team leadership consultant. He is an Oratory Dynamics Coach and the Originator of Quantum Language methodology. With over a decade in the field of change, Israel particularly loves using his skills to work with family systems, C-suite executive teams, and racial trauma survivors. He resides in Bath, UK with his wife and three children.

With more than two decades as an educator for transformation, she helps leaders and teams build resilience and maximise performance. Her areas of expertise include women leadership, family business, relationships, and emotional intelligence. She is a published author and sits on multiple boards. Wendy resides in Singapore with her husband and family.

After institutionally practicing art for two decades and winning multiple national awards, Nicole hit a crisis where she reckoned with what the creative arts truly are: not just a product-driven endeavor, but a people-orientated, embodied, holistic modality for personal and group transformation. Her clients have included global groups and consultancies, where she facilitates creative workshops toward change and cohesion. As the Dramalysis creative director, she spearheads our brand identity, oversees our creative team and products, and consults on our creative methodologies globally. She currently resides in San Francisco, where she is training as a therapist and pursuing a master’s in drama therapy.

As a business advisor, executive coach, and facilitator, Dana partners with clients to maximise talent and increase team effectiveness by translating leadership values and culture into performance. Her areas of expertise include decision-making, top team alignment, adaptability and resilience, executive presence, and innovation. She is also an instructor of Coaching at Columbia University and a theatre producer on Broadway. She resides in New York with her husband.
